Kids HQ Arcade LLC. is looking hire a Sales Executive / Calling Executive/ Telesales for its Head office based in Sharjah - Sahara center.

Position: Sales Executive / Calling Executive/ Telesales
Salary: AED 3,000 + commission
Location: Sharjah - Sahara center.

Job description

* Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads.
* Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in previous interactions.
* Maintain and update the event/activity calendar accurately.
* Coordinate with support teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Promote additional services and products through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
* Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or other tracking systems.
* Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
* Share customer feedback with relevant departments to improve service and offerings.
