Sales Executive – Cargo & Logistics

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the cargo and logistics industry. This is a target-based role designed for professionals who thrive under pressure and are confident in generating new business and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with corporate, e-commerce, and individual clients
  • Promote company services including local & international shipping solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain client database and follow up regularly
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cargo, courier, or logistics sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of freight, courier services, and market trends is a must
