We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the cargo and logistics industry. This is a target-based role designed for professionals who thrive under pressure and are confident in generating new business and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with corporate, e-commerce, and individual clients
- Promote company services including local & international shipping solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain client database and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cargo, courier, or logistics sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of freight, courier services, and market trends is a must
