Job Title: Digital Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven **Digital Sales Executive** to join our growth team.
In this role, you won't be cold-calling from a phone book. Instead, you will operate entirely in the digital space—intercepting inbound leads via chat support, analyzing incoming project requirements, and proactively sourcing new clients through strategic social media outreach. If you are a sharp communicator who knows how to build rapport textually, decode client needs, and close deals online, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Chat Support & Real-Time Engagement: Manage incoming chat queues to assist prospects, answer questions, and guide them smoothly down the sales funnel.
Client Conversions: Turn casual website visitors, inbound inquiries, and leads into paying clients through high-impact textual communication.
Project Assessment & Qualification: Carefully review and assess project descriptions provided by prospective clients. Identify their pain points, scope the requirements, and match them with our tailored solutions.
Social Media Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and relevant digital communities to generate fresh pipeline.
CRM Management: Keep a clean record of customer interactions, project scopes, and follow-up schedules in our sales pipeline software.
Job Details & Schedule:
Shift Length: 8 hours per day.
Position Type: Full-time.
Work Environment: On-site.
Qualifications & Skills What We Are Looking For:
The "Digital Scribe": Exceptional written English skills. You must be able to convey warmth, professionalism, and urgency entirely through text and chat.
Analytical Eye: The ability to look at a raw project description or client brief, figure out exactly what they need, and pitch the perfect fix.
Social Media Savvy: Comfort navigating social platforms for business development—knowing how to pitch prospects in the DMs without sounding spammy.
Speed & Efficiency: Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously without losing your cool or dropping the quality of conversation.
Previous Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital sales, chat support, or an agency sales environment is highly preferred.
