Job Summary

Baksa Global is expanding its Chemicals & Petrochemicals Division and is hiring a skilled Sales Executive for both domestic and international (export) markets.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting clients, and managing sales across our full product portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesDomestic Sales

  • Generate new leads and build a strong client base within India
  • Approach industrial buyers and convert them into customers
  • Present product details, negotiate pricing, and close sales
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and ensure repeat business

Export / International Sales

  • Generate international leads and identify new overseas buyers
  • Communicate with global clients via email, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Manage export documentation (MSDS, COA, Invoice, Packing List, HS Codes, etc.)
  • Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and freight forwarders

Product Portfolio Handling

You will manage sales for:

  • Commodity Chemicals (Caustic Soda, Soda Ash, Acids, etc.)
  • Solvents (Methanol, IPA, Acetone, Toluene, Xylene, etc.)
  • Specialty Chemicals (Surfactants, Additives, Catalysts, etc.)
  • Pharma Intermediates & Fine Chemicals
  • Agro Chemicals (Pesticides, Herbicides, Micronutrients, etc.)
  • Dyes & Pigments
  • Water Treatment Chemicals
  • Petrochemicals (Aromatics, MEG/DEG/TEG, PTA, PX)
  • Polymers (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, PVC)
  • Fuel & Derivatives (Bitumen, Base Oils, Lubricants)
  • Industrial Oils & Additives

General Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM and sales records
  • Provide market insights and pricing feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in Chemical or Petrochemical sales (Domestic/Export)
  • Understanding of chemicals, solvents, polymers, petrochemicals
  • Knowledge of export documentation (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹65,000 per month
