The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining business activities related to leasing commercial spaces, offices, industrial zones, warehouses, and factories.
You will manage client relationships, consult on leasing solutions, and negotiate deals to drive company revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with partners and clients who have leasing needs (office, warehouse, factory, building, industrial zone).
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable leasing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close leasing contracts.
  • Search, update, and manage information on available properties to support sales consulting.
  • Prepare regular reports and update work data in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and Board of Directors
Required Skills & Experience
  • College degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the real estate leasing or property sector.
  • Goal-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about sales.
  • High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
