SALES EXECUTIVE - CIVIL / FITOUTS

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for civil construction, interior fit-out, renovation, and turnkey projects across the UAE.
• Generate leads through clients, consultants, designers, PMCs, contractors, and developers.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to clearly understand scope and pricing requirements.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and pre-qualification documents.
• Coordinate closely with estimation, design, and technical teams for accurate costing and scope clarification.
• Conduct site visits, pre-bid meetings, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors from enquiry stage to contract award.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, timelines, and payment conditions to successfully close projects.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline, tender tracking, and regular progress reports to management.
• Support smooth handover to project execution teams after award.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining company margins, quality standards, and professional ethics.
