Sales Executive (Club Membership)

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Prospect for new business across assigned
  • Cold call prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities
  • Assess Members needs and present suitable products, services and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Members to ensure repeat business
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to Members
  • Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
  • Tenacity and perseverance in prospecting and closing deals
  • Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships
  • Consultative selling skills to understand Members needs
  • Confident communicator with outstanding presentation abilities
  • Disciplined approached to setting and achieving sales targets
  • Active listening and questioning skills for needs assessment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone manner and networking abilities
  • In-depth product and industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Social media, email and internet proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
