Sales Executive – Cold Calling

We are hiring a Sales Executive (Cold Calling & Sales) for our Lahore office.
Your main responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls, deliver a strong sales pitch, identify potential clients, and schedule product demos for our Product Specialist team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and motivated by achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers daily.
• Deliver a clear, compelling sales pitch to generate interest in our SaaS platform.
• Identify client needs and explain the benefits of our solution.
• Schedule online demos for the Product Specialist team.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call notes, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly calling + conversion targets.
• Follow up with warm leads to push them through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the Product Specialist and Sales Manager for smooth handovers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or call center sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert interest into demo bookings.
• Basic understanding of software/SaaS sales is a plus.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
• Must be comfortable working from our Lahore office.
• English and Urdu speaking skills required (basic English is acceptable).

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: Market-competitive (PKR 40,000 – 60,000 depending on experience)
• Incentives: Attractive commission on demo bookings & conversions
• Performance Bonus: Monthly bonuses for hitting targets
• Total Earnings: Significantly higher with bonuses + incentives
