Sales Executive (Commission Based, Hospitality & Events)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is initially commission based, and once a defined sales target is consistently achieved, the candidate will become eligible for a fixed salary along with commission.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the hospitality and event industry, strong market connections, and the ability to independently generate and close business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in hospitality and events.
• Promote company services including event staffing, catering support, rentals, and hospitality solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow ups.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, hotels, and corporate partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality industry or event industry sales.
• Strong understanding of Qatar market and client base.
• Valid Qatar driving license with own car (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Self motivated, confident, and target oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
