Corniche Towers Trading Contracting & Services (CTTC) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lusail. We specialize in full construction services, including structural works and interior fit-out. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new construction projects to support our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new construction project opportunities across Qatar.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify leads, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
• Present company services to clients and conduct regular follow-ups to close deals.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals and bids submissions with internal technical team.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or any Other Related Field.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Valid QID.
• 3+ year in a sales executive role in the construction sector.
• Knowledge of construction standards and regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local Qatar market
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver sales targets.
