We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in interior fit-out, construction projects, and building material sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out, construction, and building materials markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and interior designers.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial terms.
