Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through consultative sales of business setup and corporate services.
• Handle inbound and company-provided leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into closed deals.
• Advise clients on company formation options (mainland, free zone, offshore), licensing, visas, and compliance.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
• Coordinate with operations, PRO, and compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through professional after-sales support.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations, licensing rules, and market trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven sales experience in business setup, company formation, corporate services, or professional services in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland and free zone licensing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to handle high-value clients and complex advisory sales.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
