Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update leads within the CRM system
• Perform timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages
• Convert incoming leads into paying customers
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams for lead optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or CRM management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
