- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct product demos and explain CRM features to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right Woxox modules.
- Follow up and close sales with startups, agencies, and SMEs.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of software or SaaS sales (CRM experience preferred).
- Good command of English (Malayalam/Hindi added advantage).
- Ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.
