Sales Executive – Real Estate Technology (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales CX Platform)

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive onboarding and growth of our Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Customer Experience (CX) Platform designed specifically for real estate builders and developers.
This role involves end-to-end ownership of builder accounts—from lead generation and product demos to onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate sales, strong connections with builders and developers in Pune, and the ability to conduct on-site meetings and demos confidently.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and approach real estate builders and developers in Pune
- Leverage existing builder / broker / channel-partner networks to generate leads
- Pitch and sell the Pre-Sales & Post-Sales CX platform to decision-makers (owners, sales heads, CRM heads)
- Explain platform benefits for lead management, customer experience, and post-sales engagement
Platform Demo & Onboarding
- Conduct product demos (online and on-site) tailored to builder requirements
- Understand builder workflows and map them to platform features
- Support initial onboarding, setup coordination, and early adoption
Planning & On-Site Visits
- Plan and schedule client meetings, site visits, and demos
- Visit project sites and builder offices for presentations and follow-ups
- Maintain a structured daily/weekly visit and follow-up plan
Client Ownership & Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to post-sales support
- Regular follow-ups for renewals, upgrades, and referrals
- Build long-term relationships with builders for repeat business
Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience & Background
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales, builder CRM sales, or property technology
- Strong builder network in Pune (mandatory)
- Experience working with or selling platforms like:
- CommonFloor
- 99acres
- Magicbricks
- CRM / lead management tools used by builders (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with on-site meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities
- Self-driven with ownership mindset
- Ability to understand builder pain points and propose solutions
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (CRM, presentations, email, WhatsApp follow-ups)
