Role Overview

We are looking for a sales-driven professional with strong marketing and communication skills to manage and grow our Affiliate Marketing Program for Ace Brand. This role requires active outreach, partner onboarding, relationship management, and sales tracking, with a strong focus on Instagram-based wellness creators and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard wellness-focused influencers, trainers, coaches, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals on Instagram as affiliate partners.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to pitch the Ace Brand affiliate program and explain commission structures.
• Onboard partners by creating and managing unique promo/affiliate codes to drive sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure correct usage of brand guidelines and promotional content.
• Track affiliate performance, promo code usage, and sales conversions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and affiliate performance reports.
• Achieve onboarding and revenue targets through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
• Act as a client-facing representative of the brand with clear, professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills.
• Comfortable with calling (inbound & outbound) and virtual partner interactions.
• Good understanding of Instagram, influencer marketing, and affiliate models.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and track performance data.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on sales growth.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer onboarding, or wellness/pharma brands is an advantage.
• Proactive, confident, and target-driven individual.
