Landlord Certificate London Limited is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role requires someone confident, organised, and able to manage communication between clients and engineers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with UK-based clients professionally and promptly
• Coordinate job requirements with engineers and ensure smooth workflow
• Request and manage invoices from clients and subcontractors
• Review submitted job photos and audit completed work for accuracy
• Confirm job completion and maintain quality standards
• Maintain strong documentation and follow-up procedures
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is absolutely essential all our clients are UK-based. Anyone lacking confidence in English communication is requested not to apply.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and organisational skills
• Experience handling job orders, technical teams, or field operations is an advantage
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude
