Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to grow our deep cleaning services business across residential and commercial customers. The role involves lead generation, site visits, customer interaction, quotation preparation, and closing sales for one-time and contract-based deep cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads for deep cleaning services (homes, apartments, villas, commercial spaces, post-construction, move-in/move-out cleaning)
- Visit customers’ locations to understand cleaning requirements and conduct site inspections
- Explain service scope, cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals used
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service execution after deal closure
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional services such as sofa, carpet, kitchen, and bathroom deep cleaning
- Encourage repeat business and referrals
Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, site visits, and closures
- Submit daily/weekly sales performance reports
- Share market and competitor insights with management
Key Requirements Qualification & Experience
- Graduate (mandatory)
- 1–5 years of sales experience in cleaning services, facility management, home services, or related service industries preferred
Skills & Other Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform site surveys and cost estimation
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of deep cleaning processes, equipment, and chemicals
- Local market knowledge and customer contacts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
