Job Title: Design Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus
Monthly Target: USD 2,500 – 3,000

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Design Sales Executive to sell creative and design services to international clients. The role focuses on lead conversion, client communication, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch and sell design services (branding, web, graphics, etc.) to potential clients
• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets of USD 2,500–3,000
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth project handover

Requirements:

• Experience in sales (design/IT/digital services preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Target-driven and commission-oriented mindset
