Sales Executive Designer Store (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented Sales Executive (Female) for a reputed designer fashion and lifestyle store. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, a refined personality, and a strong understanding of premium retail sales. This role involves client interaction, styling assistance, and ensuring a high-end shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling guidance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain an appealing store presentation and product display.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock management and replenishment.
• Process billing, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Support marketing initiatives, social media promotions, and in-store events as required.

Skills & Competencies

• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in designer wear, luxury retail, or boutique sales preferred.
• Strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, and styling.
• Confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• 5 years of experience in sales or client servicing
• (experience in designer/luxury retail mandatory).
• Female candidates only.

Compensation

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
