Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Agency (UK Market)

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to international prospects, understanding their marketing challenges, and presenting tailored digital solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach to proposal discussions and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with international prospects.
  • Qualify leads by understanding business goals, marketing challenges, and budget requirements.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
  • Present customized solutions including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, and Lead Generation services.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with prospect interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Consistently follow up with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to agency growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, cold calling, business development, or digital marketing sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a professional and confident communication style.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals with international clients.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Web Development.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Experience selling recurring digital marketing retainers.
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation strategies.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • selling agency services to UK market: 3 years (Required)
