Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic Sales Executives to drive sales of Dry Mix Mortar products across Guwahati and Upper Assam. The role involves market development, dealer engagement, and project-based sales in the construction segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through dealers, retailers, and project sites
• Develop and manage distributor/dealer networks
• Conduct site visits and product promotion activities
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence
• Maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and applicators

Eligibility & Experience:

• Experience in Paints, Block Jointing Mortar (BJM), Tile Adhesive, Wall Putty, or related construction materials
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Tentative Joining: 1st Week of February

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
