Job Title: E-commerce Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our online apparel sales across marketplaces and our website. The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce, understand online consumer behavior, and be capable of driving revenue growth through effective product positioning and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, size charts, fabric details, keywords, images)
- Ensure accurate categorization (men’s wear, women’s wear, kids’ wear, etc.)
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Festive Collection, Summer Sale, End-of-Season Sale)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team
- Track best-selling SKUs and slow-moving stock
- Manage pricing strategy and competitor analysis
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer feedback related to apparel sizing/quality
- Coordinate with marketing team for paid ads, influencer collaborations, and promotions
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel/fashion e-commerce
- Experience handling marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Understanding of size charts, fabric types, and fashion trends
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion catalog management
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC / Marketplace Ads
- Strong analytical and trend-forecasting skills
- Creative mindset for visual merchandising
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,626.74 - ₹15,051.28 per month
Work Location: In person
