Sales Executive – (eCommerce)

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Online Sales Executives to manage and grow sales through our eCommerce platform Katib (Pvt) Ltd.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling domestic (Local) customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle online sales inquiries through website, social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
• Convert online leads into confirmed sales orders
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in purchasing decisions
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to maximize sales
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment
• Maintain daily sales records and customer data
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in online sales, eCommerce Platform Like (Shopify)
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and online order management
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Excel, email, chat tools)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
• Only male candidates will be preferred
