Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Elevators to promote and sell elevator solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator, lift, and modernization projects
- Meet architects, builders, consultants, and contractors to promote company products
- Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and technical proposals
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
- Follow up on leads and close sales within assigned territory
- Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in elevator/lift sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of elevator standards, safety codes, and modernization solutions
- Experience working with real estate developers and construction companies
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
