Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevators
- Generate inquiries through regular visits to consultants, architects, contractors, builders, and corporate/industrial clients
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in line with company policies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions (price, delivery, payment, scope) with clients within approved guidelines
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients on submitted offers, technical clarifications, and project status
Requirements :
- Candidate must have minimum Intermediate certificate
- Experience in Elevators company will be preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
