Job Vacancy: ELV (IT) Sales Executive (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven ELV (IT) Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and IT solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Networking, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 (Based on experience)
- Incentives: Attractive commission/incentive structure based on target achievement

Core Job Description & Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and site visits.
- Sales & Account Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial client contact and presentations to negotiation and closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and project managers.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal technical/estimation team to propose optimal ELV and IT solutions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technology developments in the ELV/IT sector.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience specifically within the ELV, ICT, or Security Systems industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, SMATV, Structured Cabling, and Networking).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Mobility: A valid driving license is a distinct advantage (with willingness to travel for client meetings).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
