Job Title: Sales Executive – ELV System Integration
The role is required for an IT Management Company to be based at the Dubai Office. The position requires travelling to clients and candidates with Driving License can only be considred.
Knowledge and experience in ELV Sales - CCTV, Projecter settings, building door /gate access and other electronic systems sales is required.
Overview
The Sales Executive – ELV System Integration is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of ELV solutions such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, structured cabling, AV systems, and related technologies. This role requires strong technical understanding of ELV systems and excellent communication and sales skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ELV and low-current systems market.
- Conduct client presentations, technical solution demonstrations, and project consultations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on leads, proposals, and ongoing projects.
- Provide professional after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Coordination
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop customized ELV solutions.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and system assessments when needed.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ELV technologies, brands, and integration standards.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and vendor training.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and customer contact information.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communications) or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in ELV or low-current systems sales (CCTV, ACS, BMS, Fire Alarm, AV, etc.).
- Strong technical understanding of ELV systems and system integration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with system integrators or ELV solution providers.
- Knowledge of major ELV brands (e.g., Honeywell, Hikvision, Bosch, Milestone, Axis, Rosslare, etc.).
- Familiarity with tendering processes, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Existing network of clients in construction, real estate, or facilities sectors.
