We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer with a strong background in air outlets and HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate already has market knowledge in the UAE, strong client relationships, and a proven track record in technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales for air outlets, diffusers, grilles, dampers, and related HVAC products
- Identify new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and MEP companies
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients
- Manage the full sales cycle: inquiries, quotations, follow‑ups, negotiations, and closing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements and delivery
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically air outlets / air distribution products
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems
- Existing client network in UAE is a strong - MUST
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license and Car - MUST
