Sales Executive / Engineer – Air Outlets (HVAC)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer with a strong background in air outlets and HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate already has market knowledge in the UAE, strong client relationships, and a proven track record in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales for air outlets, diffusers, grilles, dampers, and related HVAC products
  • Identify new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and MEP companies
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle: inquiries, quotations, follow‑ups, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements and delivery
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically air outlets / air distribution products
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems
  • Existing client network in UAE is a strong - MUST
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license and Car - MUST
