Responsibilities
Sales Planning and Strategy:
- Prepare sales action plans.
- Schedule sales activity.
- Plan and conduct direct sales and marketing activities.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
Account Management:
- Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedules to build on existing or potential clients.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
Client Interaction:
- Negotiate with clients.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.

- Strong projects database in the construction field.
- Strong professional and personal network including developers, contractors, consultants, engineers, and end-users.
