Delta Design & Engineering is expanding. We are a multidisciplinary firm offering end-to-end solutions in architectural design, interior design, complete project execution, construction drawings, estimation, and specialized industrial services.
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. If you excel at building corporate relationships, pitching high-value design and construction services, and closing deals in a competitive market, this role is for you.
Role Overview
- Position: Sales Executive
- Location: Lahore (On-site / Field Operations)
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience in Real Estate, Construction, Interior Design, or B2B Industrial Services.
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including commercial businesses, residential property owners, and industrial facility managers.
- Client Consultation: Present and pitch Delta’s core services—including interior and architectural design, turnkey execution, precise technical drawings, and engineering estimates.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Actively hunt for prospective projects through networking, site visits, and corporate outreach.
- Deal Closure: Conduct high-level meetings, present commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close sales.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local real estate, construction material trends, and competitor activities to position our services effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction, interior fit-outs, or engineering service workflows is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch to corporate heads and technical clients alike.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of handling objections and closing high-value sales contracts.
- Mobility: Must possess own conveyance for site visits and client meetings across the region.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for managing leads and presenting proposals.
