SALES EXECUTIVE – EPOXY RESINS & HARDENERS - LAHORE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Executive  to promote and sell Epoxy Resins, Hardeners, and related chemical systems in the industrial sector (flooring, painting / coatings, composites, adhesives, and electrical applications). The role requires strong industry connections, technical understanding, and a results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new customers and expand sales for Epoxy Resins, Polyamide & Polyamine Hardeners, and related products.

- Identify and target key industrial segments such as flooring contractors, composite manufacturers, electrical insulation companies, and adhesive producers.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales with profit margins.

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure timely order follow-ups.

- Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in selling industrial chemicals, epoxy systems, or construction chemicals.

- Strong technical knowledge of epoxy chemistry, hardeners, and applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel within Pakistan.
