Sales Executive. ERP & CRM Solutions

Job Summary

We are looking for a results driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling business technology solutions such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, Automation Platforms, and Custom Business Applications.

You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting decision makers, understanding business challenges, presenting technology solutions, and closing sales deals across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and direct outreach
• Sell ERP, CRM, and business automation solutions to SMEs and corporate clients
• Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and product presentations
• Understand client pain points and propose suitable technology solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate with technical and project teams during pre sales and post sales stages
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting through CRM systems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, or business software solutions
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise solutions
• Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
• UAE market experience preferred
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Confident in conducting product demos and solution pitching
