Sales Executive (ERP Sales)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote company products and services, with a focus on ERP solutions
  • Generate leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for ERP solutions to local and international clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets within the given timeline
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities
  • Client handling and relationship management expertise
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business solutions
  • Understanding of corporate sales cycles and B2B sales processes

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in ERP sales (local and international markets preferred)
  • Experience in corporate/B2B sales environments
  • Familiarity with IT or digital services industry
  • Experience in handling international clients and remote sales processes

Qualification

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred)

Experience Requirement

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (ERP or software sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets
