We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our global sales operations. The role involves coordinating export sales for Indian, Asian, African, and Middle Eastern food products, ensuring smooth communication between customers, logistics teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate export sales orders from inquiry to shipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and clients.
  • Prepare sales quotes, proforma invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Collaborate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track sales performance and report regularly to management.
  • Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities in the ethnic foods market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales of ethnic or food products.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with export documentation and INCOTERMS preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
