Sales Executive ( EV chargers )

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our EV charging solutions to residential, commercial, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sustainable and clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for EV chargers (AC/DC chargers).
• Pitch EV charging solutions to corporates, fleet operators, builders, RWAs, malls, hotels, hospitals, and government bodies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (EV, solar, power, or infrastructure preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of EV charging technology is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EV charging, solar energy, electrical products, or mobility solutions.
• Knowledge of government EV policies and incentives.
• Existing network with builders, fleet owners, or corporate clients.
