Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional sectors.
  • Generate leads, cold-call prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments to understand requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, bids, and tenders for FM services (soft & hard services).
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as main point of contact for clients during pre-sales and handover to operations teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or contract expansion.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights to management to help refine sales strategies and service offerings.
  • Participate in industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions to promote company services.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to prepare accurate costing and technical proposals.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations after contract closure.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing field.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in facilities management or building maintenance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
