Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Generate leads, cold-call prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments to understand requirements.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, bids, and tenders for FM services (soft & hard services).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as main point of contact for clients during pre-sales and handover to operations teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or contract expansion.
Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide insights to management to help refine sales strategies and service offerings.
- Participate in industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions to promote company services.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to prepare accurate costing and technical proposals.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations after contract closure.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid driving license
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
