Job Title: Sales Executive – Fasteners & Industrial Products

Objective:
The primary objective of this role is to generate new business and develop existing customer accounts for the company’s full range of fasteners, bolts, and coating-based industrial products. The role requires a strong solution-selling approach, focused on building long-term client relationships, improving account profitability, and achieving sales and gross margin targets set by management.
The Sales Executive will act as a key representative of the company in promoting its engineering and fastener solutions across industries such as construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through self-initiative, networking, and market development in fasteners and industrial products.
- Develop and manage existing customer accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets and gross margin objectives.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order confirmation and coordination with internal teams.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and submit timely reports to the management.
- Attend sales meetings, client presentations, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Maintain strong understanding of company products, coatings, and technical applications to provide solution-based selling.
- Develop technical and commercial knowledge of fastener manufacturing and surface treatment technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality management system requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Sales Director or Managing Director from time to time.
Core Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fastener / Hardware / Industrial Sales
- Strong knowledge of bolts, nuts, anchors, and engineering fasteners
- Experience in B2B sales and industrial client handling
- Good understanding of coatings and corrosion protection systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Strong reporting and CRM management skills
- UAE / GCC market experience preferred
