We are a fast-growing luxury cigar and cigar accessories distributor known for quality, exclusivity, and exceptional client experience. Our mission is to bring premium cigar products to retailers, lounges, and private clients across the region. We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Executive who is passionate about luxury goods, relationship building, and driving results.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and growing sales with retail partners, cigar lounges, hospitality venues, and boutique stores. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent product presentation, and a proactive approach to generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new retailers, lounges, and wholesale partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and support
  • Present and promote premium cigar products and accessories to potential customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for merchants and staff
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry opportunities
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (luxury goods, tobacco, beverages, hospitality, or related industries preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for account visits and events
  • Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge or passion for cigars is a strong asset
