Sales Executive (Female)

I Train Gym is a premier fitness facility dedicated to empowering our community through health, wellness, and top-tier training experiences. We are currently seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and results-oriented Female Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking) to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be the face and voice of our sales operations—connecting with prospective members, understanding their fitness goals, and showcasing how our facility, elite trainers, and group classes can help them achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Actively manage and convert inbound leads (walk-ins, phone inquiries, website, and social media sign-ups) into active gym memberships.
  • Facility Tours: Conduct professional, energetic tours of the gym, effectively presenting our value proposition, equipment, and class schedules.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct tele-sales and follow-up campaigns via phone and WhatsApp to nurture prospects and re-engage former members.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of customer service to foster member loyalty, driving retention and generating word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed monthly individual and team sales KPIs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately update CRM systems, handle membership paperwork, and process payments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Strong command of English is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer relations. Experience within the fitness, wellness, luxury retail, or hospitality industries is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Attributes: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and deeply passionate about the fitness lifestyle.
  • Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends or evenings, matching peak gym hours.
