Sales Executive- Female Arabic speaking

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented female Sales Representative who speaks fluent Arabic and English to join our showroom team. You will guide customers, understand their needs, recommend furniture solutions, and drive sales to help achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
• Present product features, materials, and pricing clearly
• Handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Close sales and process orders accurately
• Follow up with customers for delivery and satisfaction
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
• Achieve personal and showroom monthly sales targets
• Report daily sales and customer feedback to management
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams

Qualifications:

• Female candidate
• Fluent in Arabic (must) and English
• Previous experience in showroom/furniture/retail sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, polite, and professional in demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic computer skills (POS, CRM, WhatsApp Business)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
