Sales Executive (female prefered)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to manage both offline and online sales for Ain Gold & Diamonds and our digital gold platform. The role focuses on generating leads, building strong relationships with retailers and customers, promoting the Ain Gold App, and ensuring smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads through calls, online inquiries, app interactions, and market visits.

Build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers while ensuring company policy compliance.

Handle customer queries about the Ain Gold App and services via calls, messages, and chats.

Promote the Ain Gold App to increase adoption and engagement.

Track payments, follow up on collections, and maintain accurate sales and customer reports.

Support marketing campaigns, referral programs, and market expansion activities.

Ensure all work adheres to company and legal standards.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam or Tamil.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Ability to generate leads and convert them through both field and online channels.

Familiarity with CRM, Excel, and digital sales tools.

Self-motivated and capable of handling offline and online sales operations.

Summary:

The Sales Executive will drive sales, generate leads, promote the digital platform, and ensure excellent customer engagement, connecting Ain Gold & Diamonds with retailers and customers across offline and online channels.
