Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding real estate services.
• Provide information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations.
• Follow up with clients and maintain records of interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
