About the Role
MATECH is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops and dealers, building strong business relationships, promoting MATECH products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular shop-to-shop visits to identify and develop new dealer accounts.
- Promote and sell MATECH products to dealers and retailers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and provide competitor insights.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
- Expand MATECH's dealer network within assigned territories.
Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in field sales, dealer sales, or FMCG/electronics distribution sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel and conduct daily market visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Valid motorcycle driving license and own transport preferred.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
