Job Opportunity: Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (Fit-Out & MEP)

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE construction market, specifically within Fit-Out, Maintenance (AMC), and Electro-mechanical (MEP) works.

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and securing projects that align with our high standards of quality and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the Fit-Out and MEP sectors across the UAE.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, interior designers, and facility managers.
• Technical Sales: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical advice on Fit-Out, Maintenance, and MEP solutions.
• Tendering & Proposals: Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare competitive, accurate commercial and technical proposals.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process to secure contracts and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on UAE market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming major projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of solid experience in the UAE market specifically selling Fit-Out, Maintenance, or MEP services.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or a related business field.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fit-out materials, HVAC systems, electrical works, and plumbing/firefighting maintenance.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet tight deadlines.
