Sales Executive (Fit-Out Projects)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads in commercial, retail, and residential sectors.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare and present proposals and quotations.

• Coordinate with design and project teams to align client requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Background in Architecture or Interior Design is a strong advantage.

• Experience in interior fit-out or contracting sales (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Familiarity with engineering/design software such as AutoCAD and 3ds Max is a plus.

• Strong network within real estate, construction, or facility management sectors.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

UAE driving license is an advantage.

المهام الوظيفية:

- استقطاب عملاء جدد في القطاعات التجارية والسكنية وقطاع التجزئة.

- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والتنفيذ لتلبية متطلبات العملاء.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

- شهادة في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
وجود خلفية في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي يُعد ميزة إضافية.

- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مبيعات شركات الديكور الداخلي أو التشطيبات.

- المعرفة بالبرامج الهندسية مثل AutoCAD و3Ds Max تُعتبر ميزة.

- امتلاك شبكة علاقات جيدة في السوق العقاري أو قطاع الإنشاءات أو إدارة المرافق.

- مهارات عالية في التواصل، العرض، والتفاوض.

- رخصة قيادة إماراتية تُعد ميزة إضافية.
