We are looking for a highly driven and target-focused Sales Executive to actively pursue and secure new fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate has a strong history of generating quality leads, building lasting client relationships, and successfully closing deals within both the commercial and residential construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities, targeting companies requiring office fit-outs as well as high-end residential clients seeking apartment renovations.
- Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, landlords, property management firms, consultants, and interior designers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and site surveys to preparing customized proposals, cost estimates, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming developments to uncover strategic business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, estimation, and project delivery teams to ensure proposals are accurate and aligned with client expectations.
- Reporting: Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads and activities using a CRM system and provide accurate, timely sales forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience specifically within the Fit-Out, Interior Design, or Construction/Renovation industry (preferred).
- Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of processes, materials, and costing involved in office fit-outs and apartment renovations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- License: Valid UAE/Local Driving License required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
