Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in the fitout and interior contracting industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving overall revenue growth. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the fitout and interior contracting market.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, project managers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements and promote company services.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate terms and finalize contracts to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with clients throughout project execution to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in fitout or interior design within the UAE.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong networking skills with established connections in the construction and interior design sector.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and perform well under pressure.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
