Sales Executive ( fitout experence )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships in the interior fit-out, joinery, and turnkey project sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities through site visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Follow up on leads, schedule client meetings, and give presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and client activity summaries.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote company services.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the fit-out or interior design industry is mandatory.
• Strong network of clients and industry contacts in UAE (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and design proposals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
• UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in the fit-out sector
