Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and presentable Sales Executive – FMCG (Corporate & Institutional Sales) to develop and manage business with corporates, schools, cafés, offices, and institutional clients. The role focuses on promoting and selling selected food products and beverages, and requires strong relationship-building, structured selling, and follow-up skills rather than traditional retail or van sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach corporate offices, schools, educational institutions, cafés, and institutional clients
  • Present and promote children’s food products and electrolyte beverage ranges
  • Conduct product presentations, sampling sessions, and meetings with decision-makers
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate and institutional accounts
  • Negotiate commercial terms in line with company guidelines
  • Coordinate internally for order processing, delivery, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships and identify repeat business opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business
  • 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE
  • Prior experience in corporate, institutional, B2B, or key account sales is mandatory
  • Comfortable visiting corporate offices, schools, cafés, and institutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional appearance and confident personality
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling food or beverages
  • Experience dealing with HR departments, school administrators, office managers, or café owners
  • Understanding of sampling-based or consultative selling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
